Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied and enjoy your purchase. In the unusual case that you find an item not up to your quality expectations, please return the unused item (with original packaging) within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Unfortunately, you cannot return merchandise that covers the crotch area. This includes but not limited to hosiery, body stockings, thongs, g-strings, teddies. No returns on costumes purchased from Sept 1^st through October 31^st, but we do accept exchanges before Oct 21st. Exchanges subject to availability.

Merchandise purchased at I Dream of Lingerie may be returned only by mail to the address below for a refund. Please follow the instructions below to ensure prompt processing.

1) RETURN OR EXCHANGE? Be sure to indicate if you prefer to receive a refund or an exchange.

2) Remember to include the following in your return package. Failure to include all of the following will delay processing of your refund or exchange.

Merchandise (unworn, unwashed)

Completed Return Form or invoice*

Original Packaging

3) Ship back to us prepaid and insured

Notes:

1. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

2. Exchanges are subject to availability. By the time your exchange is processed, the item(s) you have requested may be sold out or no longer available. If we are unable to process an exchange, you will be credited for the items returned.

3. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for processing upon receipt of your return/exchange.

4. We will exchange or credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping charges. Depending on your billing cycle and when your refund was processed, please allow up to two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

** We reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange of any item that has been worn, washed or pressed.

** Returns on Costumes – Not returns on costumes purchased from Sept 1^st through October 31^st, but we do accept exchanges before Oct 21st. Exchanges subject to availability.
