About Our Payment Options

Credit Cards are processed through our secure online processing system. Security and Privacy of you information is protected through an SSL which can be verified by clicking on the SSL logo located on the top right of the shopping cart page. An SSL certificate protect your information by encrypting all data to and from the site.

Paypal is a trusted payment processor that is widely used to transfer payments worldwide. Paypal offer another layer of protection by not transmitting your credit card information to a merchant. Paypal can also be used to make a payment via electronic check.

Checks and Money Orders are accepted, but we do not accept starter checks and we will hold your shipment until the payment has cleared. Please make payable to Idol, LLC Checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a Service Charge of $25 or the maximum allowed by law. Checks returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, together with Service Charges, may be debited electronically from your account or collected using a bank draft from your account.

MAIL your completed form to: Idol, LLC, PO Box 9845, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23450-9845.   Include an e-mail address for order confirmation and shipping notification. NOTE: Please allow up to 14 additional business days for order processing. Sorry, expedited shipping options are NOT available on orders paid for by check or money order.

Security

IDreamofLingerie has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alterations of the information under our control. All customer information (like your e-mail address and more importantly, your credit card information) is transferred using HTTPS (secure http) and a SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which insure the protection of your online transactions. Meaning, your personal information is encrypted by your browser and then decrypted by the Web server (our site), rendering the information unreadable.

Shipping

Please allow 1-3 days for order processing. Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately 7 to 10 business days (for in-stock items). Please refer to the shipping chart below for detail. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Shipping Options:

Are shipments are sent using the United States Postal Service or UPS. 

International orders are sent via priority mail only. Please allow 10-21 days for international shipping.

Shipping locations:

We ship worldwide, including APO/FPO, and P.O. Boxes.

Tracking Your Package:

An E-Mail Shipping Notification will be sent within 1-3 business days. Please retain this e-mail for your records. You may check the status of your package using the tracking number provided in your notification. Be advised, it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the website.
